At present, ADTEL provides maintenance services with different levels of service, from 24×7 critical systems to corrective maintenance on demand.
In the contracts that so require, at ADTEL we have management tools that allow the appropriate follow-up for maintenance services, including incident ticketing and drafting reports.
Equally, ADTEL has longstanding experience in the provision of operation services for networks and systems, either through the appropriate staff going to the client’s facilities or through remote access.
