Proactiva Open Arms is an ONG located in Badalona formed by a group of experimented lifeguards with many years on sea rescue experience.
Due to the migration caused by Siria war, Proactiva Open Arms takes the step to move to Lesbos Island, Chios Island now a days, where the human tradegy is terribly growing up.
This project requires huge quantities of human and technician resources such a rescue material, rescue vessels and radiocomunication devices.
ADTEL Sistemas de Telecomunicación has provided maritim and terrestrial HYTERA technology for two communication mobile bases.
